What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, see return policy.

To make a return, please send an email to contact@oqena.com detailing the reason for your return. Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times are as follows:

  • For deliveries in the European Union : 3 to 5 days .
  • For deliveries outside the European Union : approximately 7 days .

How do I store my OQENA products?

To preserve your raffia products, please follow these tips:

  • Avoid excessive contact with water, grease, perfumes and cosmetics.
  • If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture with a soft cloth, without rubbing.
  • Let dry at room temperature.
  • To restore its original shape, your accessory can be ironed with a steam iron.

How do you ensure effective quality control remotely?

For four months of the year, we are on site in Madagascar to ensure efficient production management.

We release orders and leave only after verifying that each product meets quality standards before dispatch. We maintain constant contact with our workshops through regular meetings and daily updates.

Where do your raw materials come from?

Our raw materials come from Madagascar, where we use various plant fibers such as raffia, sisal and aravola.

Our labels are made of 100% cotton, locally manufactured. However, the closures, steel rings and other assemblies are imported.

Where do the craft products on offer come from? Are they made locally or imported?

All the products offered on our site are imported by us from Madagascar. We personally know all the artisans who produce for OQENA.
